SAN FREDIANO
A Villa from the early 1900s is the setting for this new garden design, with the scope of creating a green oasis in the city center, where to surround yourself with blossoms and elements of lush vertical greenery in a peaceful and natural shelter.
The garden is divided into a first lawn area from which steel cable structures emerge, wrappingwith climbing greenery along the columns of the building’s façade and creating a strong and scenic effect.
Custom-designed metal planters create a series of green wings, screening the walls of the buildings in a geometric and minimal way.
The rear part of the garden host the reading and lounge area, separated by a composition of Hydrangeas with intense blooms which, once dried, persist even during the winter season with their bunches.
This area is in direct communication with the annex of the house and used as a gym.
Last element of the garden is the roof of the adjacent building, which has been converted into a “suspended garden” through a collection of potted trees, to create a scenic green backdrop.
